Mosman Tower Refurbishment

This Mosman property was in desperate need of surface repair and repainting.  Our team managed the significant repairs to the rendered surface prior to painting to ensure seamless progress and an unmatched quality of finish.

The project required swing stage scaffold access and this facility was delivered to the highest standard with minimal fuss and disruption to residents. A foreman was on site at all times to provide a point of communication and keep residents and staff informed of what was happening on a day-to-day basis.

SRPS were able to repair various areas of delaminating render and able to seal deteriorating parts of the building that were allowing water ingress and damage. The upper brickwork of the building was very deeply raked, these areas were sprayed with an elastomeric membrane coating using an airless spray gun.  Airless spray technology produces a flawless, smooth defect free surface compared with traditional roller application.

Penrith Apartments

The finish on new 4 Level 60 Apartment construction project in Penrith displays the high level of quality that SRPS Painting has the capacity to achieve. This project has been recently completed and handed over to happy clients.

SRPS Painting was engaged by the developer to paint the full interior of the apartments and common areas, including floors and staircases which requiring 2 pack epoxy sealant. Steel work and gates required Industrial quality 2 pack finishes.

After preparation, external roll-on texture coatings were applied to the full exterior of the building. The full painting job included line Marking of 70 car park bays, directional signage and aesthetic surfacing of pedestrian walkways for ease of cleaning and maintenance.

SRPS Painting were engaged to provide long term Painting and Maintenance Program on a medium rise building in Kensington.

Nine years on from the building’s construction, surfaces had suffered significant deterioration The complex was in desperate need of a repaint to enhance its appearance and the owners were resolved to prevent future problems by getting the job done professionally this time.  SRPS had the ability to provide a clear, logical and evidence based proposal for the refurbishment

Our application for this contract was successful and the factors that contributed to this were our knowledge of the newest and most appropriate products, together with our experience in providing the most efficient and cost effective scaffolding and access solutions.

Thinking towards long-term durability and reducing future maintenance costs, a high build external elastomeric membrane was applied prior to final resurfacing which was able to bridge and cover the obvious pre-existing crazing problem that had developed in the render.

We know our clients are extremely happy with the result and look to our future association during our ongoing maintenance contract over the next decade.

SRPS Painting has undertaken the complete exterior and interior painting of a new Nine Storey Apartment Building in Zetland.

SRPS Painting specialises in such large-scale projects. This building contains 96 residential apartments. The complex also includes a Gym, Steam Room and Heated Pool. Specialist knowledge of industrial wet area surface finishes was required for this section of the job.

On this project we worked in with project managers and the site supervisor who oversaw the daily operations of painting work. Management were impressed by our level of organisation and our ability to get the work done on schedule and ready to hand over on time.

Dulux paint was used, providing great coverage for this particular colour scheme. Our painters worked hard to transform this property and are as proud of the transformation as the clients and managers of this site.

St Ives Shopping Centre Refurbishment

Our crew worked many after-hours shifts and night shifts to minimise disruption to shop holders, commuters and public.

Works were carried out using a combination of boom and scissor lifts and we worked very closely with centre management to ensure minimal disruption to the centre operations and its shoppers.

We are pleased to say that, this was another successful project for our team who completed the painting on time and to budget. The client was extremely happy with the result.

Beechwood Homes in Kiama

SRPS Painting was awarded a contract with Beechwood Homes in Kiama for the painting of 27 new townhouses. Our excellent organisation skills, our seamless team work and our ability to work in with other trade personnel helped us to deliver the project on time and on budget with our trademark high quality standards of finishes.

Waterside Homes at Berowra

Word of mouth referral has led to us being approached by private luxury home owners to carry out painting works on some of the most exclusive and challenging houses in Berowra waters. There is no road access for these houses and the only way to get access is by water.

A marine environment can be harsh and corrosive so painting in this environment requires knowledge of the special finishes required in order to achieve a reduction in time and cost needed for ongoing maintenance

SRPS crew delivered all materials and equipment to the site by boat and managed to finish up this challenging project on time and with the highest quality standards of finishes.
